STUDENT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Your Director / Coach / Sponsor must register your squad before you register.

2. This registration page should be complete by the participant or, if participant is under the age of 18, by the participant's parent or guardian.

3. All fields designated with " * " are required.

4. If your school is not listed in the dropdown list, your director has not registered your school or their registration has not yet been processed.  You will need to wait until the school registration has been processed.

5. Do not use Director's email and phone number for your contact information.  A confirmation of your registration will be send to your email address.

6. If you prefer you can submit this information in person at the San Antonio Roses studio however submitting your Registration and Waiver & Release Form after all participant spaces have been filled will not guarantee you a space.

7. Participant must agree to the terms of the Waiver & Release otherwise they will not be eligible to participate in the any portion of the SpiritFest.

WAIVER AND RELEASE In consideration of being allowed to participate in the US Army Special Event (the "Event"), Participant acknowledges and fully understands that Participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of injury due not only to my actions but also the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used. I, Participant, release, waive, and discharge any and all claims of damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I or my heirs may have, or which may hereafter acquire, as a result of my participation in the Event's interactive activities or otherwise, and which may be asserted by me or on my or my heirs' behalf against the US Army, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, business partners, event sponsors, and spectators, and, if applicable, owners and lessees of premises and/or equipment use to conduct the Event. This release covers the negligent use, maintenance, construction, or design of all interactive activities presented by the United States Army. Participant grants full permission to any and all of the foregoing organizations, with no obligation to compensate the undersigned, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of the Event where permitted by law. Participant represents and warrants that Participant is between fourteen (14) and eighteen (18) years of age and that if Participant is fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) years of age, the parent or authorized guardian of Participant MUST read and execute this Waiver and Release Form and the person executing on behalf of such Participant hereby represents and warrants that he or she is the parent or authorized guardian of Participant. By submitting below, the submitter hereby acknowledges that (i) each of them has read the above and understands that each has given up substantial rights by submitting this document, and (ii) each is submitting this document voluntarily. Information submitted will be used by the San Antonio Roses for event registration and shirt sizing.  It will also be used by the the San Antonio Roses to inform participant of future cheer/dance related activities and by the U.S. Army to send information to the participant about opportunities in U.S. Army.  This information will not be given or sold to any other third party.
