Members of the San Antonio Roses helped promote their sponsor, The Oil Exchange on June 19, 2010. The ladies donated food to the Food Bank and presented a calendar to David Beere, Oil Exchange owner.

During the promotion some ladies had their oil changed and had a vehicle's headlight reconditioned to look brand new.
