* The San Antonio Roses experimented with combining their organization with another for the first half of 2005.  Because of popular demand and because another semi-pro football organization wanted their services, the San Antonio Roses decided to continue on their own.  The 2005 San Antonio Roses were formed late in 2005 specifically to stand-in for the New Orleans Saints Saintsations at L'Auberge du Lac in Lake Charles two weeks after hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana.  The 2006 San Antonio Roses auditions were held a month later in September so an official 2005 San Antonio Roses squad photo was never taken.
